Ground Environment X USA/Canada Boxed Edition Upgrade to North America

If you have the original Ground Environment X USA/Canada program, you can get an upgrade to the new North American version. Because the product was essentially replaced, there is no update available. Download keys will be made available in this exchange program.

There are 2 different options available.

1. If you purchased through Flight1.com, simply create a ticket in our ticket system and give us your original order number, name, email, and street address. We can look you up and send you a download key.

2. If you purchased through a 3rd party vendor (not Flight1.com), please submit a ticket in our ticket system and please provide name, email, and street address, and our administrator will get back to you with the additional information we require.
