Error 13 When Installing Product from E-Commerce EXE

After running a Flight1 E-Commerce EXE, I get an error message saying that there was an error running or creating new files, and to report error code 13.


If you get error code 13, this could indicate one of two different situations.

1. The file you are running is being blocked. To get around this, right click the EXE, and select Run as Administrator.

2. You previously submitted an invalid account password, email address, or product key, then corrected it in the same session. This error only occurs on certain products. To fix this, close the EXE you are currently running. Then make sure you have the correct information, and start a new session with the EXE you downloaded and run through the reinstall process.
