Convert Serial Number to Download Product

The following product can be converted to allow for the Flight1 download version:

Important - An active Flight1 Account is required: Please visit the Flight1 Accounts Page for more information or to open an account. Make sure your account is activated by clicking the verification link in email sent to you after you open your account.

You will need your original product serial number. The serial number was presented to you as part of your original Download or DVD purchase.

After your serial number is validated below, you will use the Flight1 Agent to install your product. Important information about your download product will be provided to you on the confirmation page after you successfully submit the required information below. Make sure you can receive email from Flight1.com. Click here to run an email test as a copy of this information will also be emailed.

After your conversion is complete please use these instructions to access the product:

1. Make sure you have installed the Flight1 Agent. Click here to download the Agent platform.

2. Launch the Flight1 Agent

3. Open the Agent, log in, select QualityWings using the Change Store button.

4. Go to the Library page to download the product.

5. (Alternate method) Go to Settings, "View All Flight1 Orders", "Jump to Product", "In Library".
